Furniture & non-standard items are individually priced at £9.95 and take 1-5 working days to deliver with DHL Mail UK


Extra-large / fragile furniture are individually priced at £29.95 and take 2-3 weeks to deliver with a specialist furniture courier or Parcel Force


Easy & Convenient Delivery


  • We send our parcels and small furniture with DHL Mail UK, which means you not only get super speedy delivery, but also lots of delivery options, to make your life easier!

  • When your parcel is on its way, you will receive a text message/email from us with your expected delivery date.

  • If you'll be out, it's not a problem: from within the text message/email you will have a range of options, such as changing your delivery date or delivering to a neighbour or arranging to have your order delivered to a safe place at your address.

  • On the morning of delivery, you’ll also be given a 1 hour delivery window and you’ll be able to track your parcel at every stage in its journey.

  • Delivery is Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays).


Extra Large / Fragile Furniture


  • If your item will be sent via our specialist furniture courier, it will be indicated in the delivery description.

  • Some furniture deliveries will be sent direct from the supplier and may not have Homebody Décor branding on.

  • Our furniture courier will contact you to arrange a convenient day and 3hr time slot for delivery (evening and weekend slots available).

  • We are unable to offer an assembly service, however the driver will happily carry the item to your ground-floor room of choice. Please contact us if you need this item sooner, and we can provide you with a quote for a quicker service.

  • Before ordering, please measure the space available carefully and ensure the item will fit. Consider entrance points, doorways, staircases etc. If our courier has to return an item to us because it does not fit, you may be charged a return delivery charge to cover the cost of returns.

  • Delivery will only be attempted once before a further charge for redelivery is incurred. Please note, this is charged at full cost, rather than the subsidised, reduced rate offered when placing the order.


Next Day or Weekend Delivery


  • We understand that sometimes you need your order in a hurry, so please contact us prior to ordering regarding next day or weekend delivery and we will do our best to arrange this.

  • Next working day delivery for parcels and small furniture starts from £10.95.

  • Weekend delivery for parcels and small furniture starts from £18.95.

  • We are more than happy to ship orders internationally, to Scottish Highlands or off-shore. Please email us for a delivery quote on Once we have confirmed the details, your order will be processed via the site, but with a different shipping code which will be emailed to you.

  • Shipping to countries that incur duty fees will need to be paid as well as the extra shipping by the purchaser.

  • Unfortunately, there are a small number of items such as those requiring a specialist furniture courier, which we cannot ship internationally, due to their size and/or fragility.


Jersey Goods & Services Tax

  • The Jersey customs authority imposes a Goods & Services Tax (GST) on products imported from the UK with a value of over £135 (including purchase price of goods and delivery costs). Please be aware of this if placing an order to be delivered to Jersey. You will find more details on the Jersey Government Website.


Pre-Order Products

  • All Pre-Order products are sold prior to availability. The expected date of delivery will be stated on the product page. Sometimes due to circumstances out of our control this date may change. If this happens we will keep you informed.


Delivery Ts&Cs


  • Standard delivery timescales apply to in-stock items only. Some items are available for pre-order, back-order or are made-to-order. This is indicated on the product page where applicable and we will contact you should there be a problem with stock items.

  • If your order contains an item on a longer lead time for delivery, as well as in-stock items, we will hold the in-stock items and ship altogether once all items are in-stock.

  • Very occasionally, some postcodes may carry a surcharge for delivery. We will contact you once you have placed your order, if this is the case.

  • Delivery times are estimated and whilst we/our couriers endeavour to deliver within that time, occasionally there may be delays.

  • Where a safe place is specified for delivery, the customer assumes responsibility should the parcel go missing.

  • Drivers will only attempt delivery of parcels and smaller furniture twice, otherwise a further charge will be incurred for re delivery.

  • Our products are sold on a delivery duty unpaid basis. International and off-shore customers may have to pay import duty, additional taxes, fees, levies or customs charges and customers should check these details before placing an order for international delivery


Returns Policy




  • We hope that you're very happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you wish to return your items, please do so within 30 days (14 days for sale items) of receiving your order for a full refund or credit note. Your refund amount will be less any delivery paid.

  • For any orders which have been damaged in transit, we must be informed within 48 hours of delivery. For any items deemed to be faulty, please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.


How to Return Items


  • Please email us at prior to return with your name, order number and details of the item you wish to return and we will organise collection of the item from your home

  • All returns must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Please ensure that items are packaged securely.


Returns Disclaimer


  • Please note that as bespoke or personalised items have been made to order, we cannot accept returns on these items, unless faulty.

  • We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit.

  • Unless the item is faulty, returns will be at your own cost.

  • We are not able to refund the original delivery cost on returned items (unless faulty).

  • We also cannot accept any responsibility for any interest charges on your credit card whilst waiting for a refund.

  • Please allow up to 14 working days once we receive your item for the refund to show in your account.


Faulty & Damaged Items


  • Whilst we take every care to ensure your item arrives with you in once piece, occasionally items do get damaged during transit. Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt if your item has been damaged during transit.

  • For items deemed to have a manufacturing fault, please inform us within 7 days of receipt.

  • For any faulty / damaged items, we will ask for a photograph of the product to be sent prior to return.

  • Please do not destroy or throw away any product or packing, even if it's faulty, before we have confirmed how we wish to proceed.

  • Once we have confirmed a product is faulty, we will then offer you a means of returning the parcel at our cost. You will then have 7 days to return the parcel at our cost, after which time our standard returns policy applies.
